  In your and your family's interest, please stay away from this facility
  
  I went to Dr Taylor’s office with several potential fillings in my teeth. I got a few done but was not ready to move along with more treatment since some of the newly filled teeth were still bothering me and I wanted to be totally satisfied with what had already been treated. So, after a few appointments, I cancelled an appointment which was meant for another filling. The accounts/financial/scheduling lady forgot to take it off her calendar and the next time I went there for a follow-up about pain in one of the treated tooth, I was forced to pay missed appointment and also charged a complete new examination fee whereas I was only asking question regarding a tooth that was filled last time and which I was having pain in. When I resisted, she threatened that she would send the bill to collection agency without any notice to me if I did not pay it right then. She started yelling at my wife and asked her to leave the office when my wife questioned the need any further treatment without fixing the ongoing issues
  
  They referred me to an endodontist for Root Canal treatment before putting a permanent crown in my mouth. I chose to get treated from an endodontist of my choice, so Dr Taylor’s office denied me any interim temporary crowns that I needed. I was without any interim temporary crowns through the course of my endodontic treatment since all the doctors believe that it is the primary dentist’s responsibility to give the patient any interim temporary crowns. It is important to mention here that I had already paid for my permanant crown in full by this time.
  
  Once my endodontic treatment was complete, they denied seeing me in their office and asked me to fill out some waiver forms (I had never heard of any waiver forms before this) that would relieve them from any responsibility of any treatment done on me.
  I thought better to walk out, got a new crown prepared from another dentist. The new dentist never got any waiver form signed from me.
